Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of item. The customer pays return freight, unless the error was a mis-shipment on our part. Merchandise must be in as-new condition; refunds will be credited back ot the card that was billed.
While we do everything possible to avoid backorders, unfortunately situations happen from time to time. When they do, we will contact you and offer any alternatives, if alternatives exist. We will also offer the option of a full and immediate refund. If we do not have the product in stock that you order, we recognize that it's your money and not ours, and we will take care of you as we would want to be taken care of.
