Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of item.  The customer pays return freight, unless the error was a mis-shipment on our part.  Merchandise must be in as-new condition; refunds will be credited back ot the card that was billed.

Backorder Policy:

While we do everything possible to avoid backorders, unfortunately situations happen from time to time.  When they do, we will contact you and offer any alternatives, if alternatives exist.  We will also offer the option of a full and immediate refund.  If we do not have the product in stock that you order, we recognize that it's your money and not ours, and we will take care of you as we would want to be taken care of.  We appreciate your business - and it shows!\

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers.  We will never sell trade, rent or otherwise provide customers names, mailing or e-mailing addresses to others.  All information is considered private and confidential.
